Dear Harvest Kitchen Folks:

I am writing to commend you on your wonderful enterprise. I have browsed through your website, and have even viewed your vision statement, and am very impressed at your entrepreneurial spirit without compromising the integrity of the overall philosophy of serving your community in this beautiful and creative way.

I was wondering you might be open to considering partnering with me at some point in time to perhaps expand your menus by offering a more diverse and ethnic dimension to it every so often. This is where I would be able to provide my expertise in designing and cooking dishes both omnivorous and vegetarian with a pronounced Indian flavor to it.

I am originally from India, and for a while, I offered a service similar to yours in offering a weekly food plan.

I also maintain a food-related blog which you may find at: http//foodsdisaac.posterous.com

I wish you all the very best, and would be delighted to hear back from you if you believe there might be any value to a parternership between us.

Best regards,
Simmi Isaac

Thanks, Joyce

It would be fabulous if you could also post your recipes for some of your dishes! I'd love to try them at home...especially the pumpkin ravioli. Looks delicious!

Rebecca, we ended up not making the dipping sauce, so you didn't miss anything. The recipe we were looking at was 50-50 soy sauce and rice vinegar with a splash of hot chili oil. Personally, that sounds a bit strong to me--I love my gyoza in storebought sweet-and-sour sauce mixed with mustard. Or just sprinkle with soy sauce.
Glad you liked everything!

Somehow I missed the gyoza dipping sauce in my pick-up. Can you tell me what the ingredients were, maybe I can make it at home. (we had the miso hot pot and vegetables with noodle for dinner tonight - scrumptious!)
